Super Falcon Crush Selfoss in a 7 Goals Thriller

The Super Falcons of Nigeria on Friday crushed Iceland club, UMF Selfoss 6-1 in an international friendly encounter played in Spain.

Selfoss took an early lead through Reimus Magda before Nigeria’s Uchenna Kanu leveled the score in the 42nd minutes.

Ini Umotong netted a brace in the 62nd and 69th minutes before Courtney Dike grabbed a hattrick to the delight of team’s manager, Thomas Dernneby.

A statement from the Nigeria Football Federation revealed that the Super Falcons will play another friendly tie against Canada on Monday, 8th April.
